Limousine Service Terms And Conditions


For reservations, a change fee or late cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged to all transfer reservations changed or cancelled within 2 hours to the scheduled pick up time. For hourly service, the change or late cancellation fee is equal to the hourly minimum will apply.*

*Applies to all reservations where the pickup location is within the Chicago metropolitan area. Chicago metropolitan area is defined as within 35 miles of the downtown Chicago.

All services outside the local metropolitan area may be assessed the actual drive time to/from the pick-up location. A no show fee equal to the hourly minimum or base transfer, as applicable, for the confirmed vehicle plus gratuity, STC, airport fee, fuel surcharge, tolls, parking and other charges will be charged if the passenger does not arrive, as scheduled, at the designated customer/chauffeur meeting location for all reservations.

* Any and all deposits are nonrefundable if the reservation is not canceled one week prior to the scheduled pickup time for reservations under $300.00 and two weeks for reservations over $300.00.

At the origination of the Agreement a deposit may be required. The minimum charge for cancellation policy is $120.00 charged by American Executive Limousine to the credit card provided at the origination* of the reservation.

*Origination occurs when a client(s) contact Best Chicagoland Limousine Inc. by phone, fax or internet services and provides details of the requested service along with a credit card.

All cancellations for reservations under $300.00 made 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time shall not incur any cancellation fees, and client will be entitled to full refund of any deposits made.

Any cancellation for reservations under $300.00 made within 72 hours prior to the date of the event, will be incurred a $120.00 charge by Best Chicagoland Limousine Inc. to the credit card provided at the origination of the reservation.

All cancellations for reservations over $300.00 made two weeks prior to the scheduled pickup time shall not incur any cancellation fees, and client will be entitled to full refund of any deposits made.

Any cancellations for reservations over $300.00 made within two weeks prior to the date of the event, will be incurred a $200.00 charge by Best Chicagoland Limousine Inc. to the credit card provided at the origination of the reservation.

All charter cancellations made less than one week before the reservation date will incur the entire charge of the event to the credit card provided at the origination of the reservation.

The Client(s) authorize Best Chicagoland Limousine Inc. to charge the Clients Credit Card under the terms and conditions of said credit card at the origination of the reservation by telephone, fax or email.

With a signed contract it is agreed by the Client that a signed credit card slip may be required, Best Chicagoland Limousine Inc. will require the client to present the card(s) being utilized for payment of the Agreement and legal identification matching that of the credit card(s) being utilized for the Agreement and any other charges incurred by the client.

Changing the original date and/or time by the client cannot be guaranteed, every effort will be made on the part of Best Chicagoland Limousine Inc. to accommodate a change. The client(s) also agree to pay for additional expenses incurred as a result of the Agreement including Overtime, Tolls and Parking fees.
